Pay-to-Play parties are a fun way to connect and reconnect with other BSE parents throughout the year while raising money for the school and staff we love!  These parties are hosted by generous parents in our community who have created unique experiences and activities that we know you'll love.  Trust us, you will not want to miss out!  Parties sell out fast so make sure to sign up during the silent auction and secure your tickets!

This year we are bringing back some of Bonny Slope's all-time favorites while adding so many new and creative parties to the mix.  After a few years off, Bonny Slope is ready to PARTY!

If you are interested in hosting one of this year's pay-to-play parties or would like more information, please email auction@bonnyslopebsco.org.

There will be two teams duking it out and competing for the inaugural Sloshball champions trophy.  When you are ready for a break or realize your athleticism may not be what it used to, you can drown those sorrows over some refreshing beverages and mouth watering BBQ! There can only be one Sloshball champion team to take home the trophy and a year of bragging rights! Feeling competitive? Snag one of our two team captain spots while you can, and get the chance to pick your own team!

Private Baking Class

Affectionately called "Cake Church," this baking class has become a Sunday event in the MacMillan household, where they celebrate the joy of learning, baking, eating, drinking and connection amongst friends and family.

Their dear friend Mason Suda, known for the baking and pastry work at Tusk, Ava Genes and Sweedeedee has led private baking group lessons in the MacMillan home over the last year. As it is a tried and true recipe for fun, the MacMillans cordially invite you to experience Cake Church with them. Bubbles, wine and snacks will be provided along with hands-on learning, conversation and opportunities to eat all the goods when they are fresh out of the oven. You will get to complete 2-3 recipes over a 4ish hour period. Some of their past baking projects have included focaccia (which they are now famous for amongst friends!), carrot cake, biscuits, scones, bread pudding with brioche, frangipane, coconut cream pie, quiche, the list goes on! The hosts are open to requests! This is an adult only event.

Generously hosted by the MacMillan family.

Date/Time: Sunday, June 4th, 12:00 p.m.

Beer Tasting Tour

Calling all beer enthusiasts! This unique experience is one you will not want to miss!

Your brewery tour will begin at Bonny Slope Elementary where you will leave the transportation to us. You drink, we drive! First stop is Widmer Brothers Brewing--one of the most prominent breweries in Portland. You will get to enjoy a tour of their facilities and learn about the brewing process on a large scale. After the tour, enjoy a private tasting of all the delicious cold beers Widmer has to offer, including their legendary Hefeweizen. Once you have learned how a bigger brewery gets things done, we want you to see how one of the smaller breweries in town operates. Second stop is Old Town Brewing. Here you will tour the facilities and once again have a private tasting of their flagship beers. What pairs well with a fresh pint of beer? You guessed it -- pizza! To conclude your tour, enjoy the Old Town Brewing ambiance, cold pitchers of beer, and delicious wood-fired pizza. You deserve it, as you are now the brew masters of Bonny Slope.  Cheers!
