When and where is the auction?

Who is invited?

All parents/guardians of students, school staff, teachers, and family and friends of Bonny Slope Elementary.  Feel free to extend the invite to friends and family who want to help support BSE.  

Can my children attend?

NO. We love our kiddos but book those babysitters now!  This is an adults only event.  

Do I have to go to the auction?

Attendance at the auction is not mandatory, but if you choose not to go you will miss out on some amazing deals, relationship building, great food, a chance to show off you best dance moves, and an overall awesome time.  

At the auction, do I have to buy anything?

There are a large variety of items and experiences as all price levels which make the auction affordable for everyone.  That said, purchasing items is not mandatory.

What should I wear?

Think PROM!  Bust out that dress or suit or whatever make you feel snazzy!  When many think prom they think 80s.  This isn't intended to be an 80s night but you do you!  We're not here to stop you.  Likely for most, current day formal or semi-formal will be the attire.

Transportation situation?

We want everyone to have a safe ride home after a night of fun so be sure to have a designated driver or get your Uber and Lyft apps ready.  Or... really go with the prom theme and rent a limo, why not?!

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets will be sold through this website starting in mid February.  You may purchase single or couples tickets OR purchase a table for 8.  Purchasing a table for 8 ensures you sit with your friends.  Who will be in your prom crew?  Start planning now!

How do I get involved?

Own a business or know a business owner?  Become a sponsor!  We need sponsors to help put this event on and keep ticket costs down.

Have community connections or great ideas for packages?  Help us procure donations!

Love hosting events and want to meet more BSE families?  Talk to us about hosting a family or adult party!

Love wine and have a few bottles to spare?  We are looking for wine donations to keep those drink tickets coming!

The best way you can help right now is by spreading the word and getting excited about the auction to make sure we have great attendance and items to bid on.  We are looking for sponsorships, item donations, and party hosts.
