5:30 PM- doors open for silent auction, drinks and appetizers
7:30 PM- dinner and live auction
But the party doesn't stop after the auction! DJ and dancing until 10:30 PM

Who is invited?
All parents/guardians of students, school staff, teachers, and family & friends of Bonny Slope Elementary. Feel free to extend the invite to anyone over age 21 who wants to help support BSE and have a good time!
Can my children attend?
We love our kiddos, but this is an adults-only event. Book those babysitters now!
Do I have to go to the auction?
Attendance at the auction is not mandatory, but if you choose not to go, you will miss out on some amazing deals, relationship building, great food, a chance to show off your best dance moves, and an overall awesome time.
At the auction, do I have to buy anything?
There is a large variety of items and experiences at all price points, which we hope will allow for everyone to find a way to give. However, it is certainly not mandatory to purchase anything; feel free to come and enjoy the Bonny Slope Community!
What should I wear?
Cocktail/formal attire is encouraged. This is one night we get to dress to the nines! Whether you choose to commit fully to the jungle theme in head-to-toe leopard print or keep it elegant with a slight nod to the vibe, you do you.
Transportation situation?
We want everyone to have a safe ride home after a night of fun so be sure to have a designated driver or get your Uber and Lyft apps ready.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets will be sold through this website starting in mid-February. You may purchase single or couples’ tickets OR purchase a table for 8. Purchasing a table for 8 ensures you sit with your friends.
How do I get involved?
Own a business or know a business owner? Become a sponsor! We need sponsors to help put this event on and keep ticket costs down.
Have community connections or great ideas for packages? Help us procure donations!
Love hosting events and want to meet more BSE families? Talk to us about hosting a family or adult party!
Love wine and have a few bottles to spare? We are looking for wine donations to keep those drink tickets coming!
The best way you can help right now is by spreading the word and getting excited about the auction to make sure we have great attendance and items to bid on. We are looking for sponsorships, item donations, and party hosts.
